A passionate Barchef and mixologist, I specialize in gastronomic consulting, combining creativity with in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry. My career spans across restaurant management and the avant-garde field of molecular gastronomy, where I fuse science and flavor to create unique experiences.

As an educator, I serve as a professor at the prestigious luxury school International Butler School (IBS), a lecturer in programs led by the Chamber of Commerce, and a certified trainer with Ashotel, where I mentor the next generation of hospitality professionals.

I currently hold the position of Area Manager at Bartender Cocktail S.L., and I am also a board member of the Tenerife Bartenders Association, actively contributing to the development and prestige of bartending in the Canary Islands.

Notably, I am the creator of the world’s first cocktail made with seawater, and the organizer of the most prestigious masterclass held in 5-star hotels. My experience includes working as a host for national events, judge in gastronomic championships, gourmet brand ambassador, and winner of multiple awards in the hospitality industry.
